Als traditionsreicher Hamburger Mehrspartenverein mit einem ambitionierten Wasserballbereich verfolgen wir klare sportliche Ziele – vom Aufstieg in die 2. Bundesliga bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Jugendmannschaften (U16/U18).

Deine Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung einer Spielphilosophie für Herren- und Jugendbereich

• Leistungsorientiertes Training (U18 Bundesliga / U16 Regionalliga)

• Integration junger Talente in den Herrenbereich

• Videobasierte Spielanalyse & Coaching

• Betreuung von Spielen, Turnieren und Trainingslagern

• Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen und im Schwimmunterricht möglich

HTB62 – Hamburger Turnerbund von 1862 e. V. is looking for a passionate and qualified Head Coach Water Polo (m/f/d) to join our coaching team as soon as possible! As a traditional multi-sport club in Hamburg with an ambitious water polo division, we are pursuing clear goals – from promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga to developing our youth teams (U16/U18).

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop a game philosophy for senior and youth teams

• Performance-oriented training (U18 Bundesliga / U16 Regional League)

• Integrate youth players into the men’s team

• Conduct video analysis and tactical evaluations

• Supervise games, tournaments, and training camps

• Optional involvement in swim instruction and school sports
